By accessing or using Variant Markets ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Variant Markets is an editorial daily intelligence platform focused on prediction markets. We offer a free Reader tier, paid Pro ($19/mo) and Desk ($149/mo) tiers. Market data is sourced from Kalshi, Polymarket, Robinhood, and Rothera. Editorial briefs are AI-generated and human-reviewed before distribution.

Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We may change pricing or plan features with at least thirty (30) days' notice.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest the Service without written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where the law forbids this restriction;
• Use automation to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• Harass, threaten, or defame others, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Redistribute paid editorial content without permission.

Editorial content (briefs, analysis) is owned by Variant Markets LLC. Market data is sourced from third-party platforms (Kalshi, Polymarket, etc.) and remains their property. Headlines from third-party publishers are aggregated under fair use; click-through links direct users to original sources.

If you believe material on Variant Markets infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to contact@variantmarkets.com including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL or location of the material on our Service, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and (5) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or agent.

Variant Markets provides editorial commentary and aggregated market data. We are not financial advisors. Content on this Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or any form of solicitation. Prediction markets involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Variant Markets LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or zero if you have not paid fees).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect, where required by law.
